Shipping Information

Your order is very important to us which is why we want to make sure that your product is delivered to you in a timely manner and in excellent condition. Customer satisfaction is crucial for us and therefore we take extreme care in ensuring that products are delivered to your doorstep as quickly and safely as possible. The times mentioned below are indicative of general delivery times and may vary depending on peak periods and public holidays.

Shipping Rates

  • For UAE, shipping is free on all orders over AED 250, otherwise, a flat shipping fee of AED 25 is charged during the checkout which you will see in your shopping cart if the total order value is below AED 250.
  • For Saudi Arabia, shipping is free on all orders over SAR 250, otherwise, a flat shipping fee of SAR 25 is charged during the checkout which you will see in your shopping cart if the total order value is below SAR 250.
  • For Oman, shipping is free on all orders over OMR 2.500, otherwise, a flat shipping fee of OMR 2.500 is charged during the checkout which you will see in your shopping cart if the total order value is below OMR 2.500.
  • For Bahrain, shipping is free on all orders over BD 2.500, otherwise, a flat shipping fee of BD 2.500 is charged during the checkout which you will see in your shopping cart if the total order value is below BD 2.500.
  • For Kuwait, shipping is free on all orders over KD 2.500, otherwise, a flat shipping fee of KD 2.500 is charged during the checkout which you will see in your shopping cart if the total order value is below KD 2.500
  • For Kenya, shipping is free on all orders over KES 5,000, otherwise, a flat shipping fee of KES 500 is charged during the checkout which you will see in your shopping cart if the total order value is below KES 5,000.

Normal Delivery

  • Delivery times may vary depending on product and/or supplier. Delivery times are displayed on the product pages. You will be able to track orders from your account page and you will receive updates by email. Certain products may take longer and the estimated delivery time is indicated on the product page.
  • The normal delivery time excludes any extra time that may be required for clearance by the Customs & Excise in your country for products that arrive from our offshore warehouse. Delays caused by the Customs & Excise clearance in your country of residence are beyond our control. However, we shall try our best to get the clearance in a timely manner.
  • Items that are flammable or classified as Dangerous goods may require additional time for shipping as these need to be shipped and handled carefully by Air as per IATA Regulations along with additional permits and approvals that may be required by the governing agencies depending on the destination of the country that it is being shipped to.

Expedited Delivery

  • Some of our products have an Expedited Delivery at an extra charge.
  • Expedited Deliveries usually take between three (3) days to nine (9) days. You will be able to track orders from your account page and you will receive updates by email.
  • The expedited delivery time excludes any extra time that may be required for clearance by the Customs & Excise in your country for products that arrive from our offshore warehouse. Delays caused by the Customs & Excise clearance in your country of residence are beyond our control. However, we shall try our best to get the clearance in a timely manner.

Product Availability

  • Shipping of products may vary therefore while making an order, you may be informed about the estimated delivery timeframe based on when your specific order will be available for shipping.
  • Delivery day counting starts from the date of your order confirmation and dependent on the product availability at which point your credit card or debit card will be charged.
  • The stock and product availability details displayed on Whizz are solely for your reference. While we strive to provide the most accurate about stock and product availability, it is possible that availability information may quickly become out of date and may change between the time you added an item to cart and the time your order is processed. This is possible since we have over 1,000,000 products and we have a large number of customers ordering at the same time who may by buying the same product as you. The chances of this are rare but still a possibility.

Customs

Since some items are shipped from our warehouse abroad, we reserve the right to revoke any order, prior to charging you, if Whizz believes any products ordered may be ethically, morally and/or religiously conflicting with  regulations of the country where the product will be delivered, especially as these may be barred at Customs. In this case, you shall be notified and your card will not be charged.
